Another Issue-Free Campaign

Phil Murphy is in the process of paying off media outlets up front and politicians prospectively in order to become the next governor of New Jersey without committing to any substantial plan of action on any issue of importance which is why this comment from an also-ran-to-be sparked my interest:

So I dashed off a facebook message asking about his positions on pension reform and cleaning up the swamp that is New Jersey local government. The response came a few minutes ago with links.

Issues 1. Public Employees 2. Cutting Government Waste

The plan on cutting government waste is to have a state office with no power make up a report. The pension reform plan is even dumber.

  1. Millionaire’s tax to put into the pension fund
  2. Negotiate lower cost health benefits
  3. Prohibit Pension Padding
  4. Get out of Hedge Funds
  5. Have Economic Growth

Article VIII of the New Jersey State Constitution, adopted in conjunction with the new Gross Income Tax in 1975, provides that the “entire net receipts” from any tax on personal income and a small amount from the sales tax shall be “appropriated … [to the Property Tax Relief Fund] … exclusively for the purpose of reducing or offsetting property taxes.” .Millionaire’s tax to put into the pension fund Article V111 should put an end to that conversation or a lot of taxpayers should just file lawsuits

Are you assuming that the lawsuits filed will go to a functioning judiciary not controlled by party bosses and raw politics? NJ is a cesspool of cronyism and corruption. We have all witnessed the NJ Supreme Court “in action” too many times regarding pension funding and cost of living adjustments.
Calling this state a “Banana Republic”, at this stage of its epic downfall, only slanders nations that are in fact true Banana Republics, in that we have morphed into something even far worse in that we pretend that the rot and filth is a genuine system of laws which is now ony believed by those who are severely mentally handicapped.

Yes Eric ,but just make sure parents know that money is being taken from educating their little snowflakes and circumventing the constitution for political gain .Taking money away from education in this state is like waving a red flag in front of a bull …Just make them aware .

Trumputin brings out the best in racists! Unlike Russia we can just undo what’s been done every four or eight years, just ask Obamacare – LOL?
