      CC now included !

Legislature is credited with knowing all, but obvious Leg only knows votes are from ‘promises w/o taxing’. And, Unions understood ‘ Promises are better than nothing’, per a 2001 interview told to me.
Who pays for promises was left for another time……..Now.
CC at about 31:00 minute mentions ‘Power of Leg to rewrite for Good Of All’, but seems judges might be a bit concerned with expectations of retirees, past-present-future….including themselves.
