Christie to Announce Tuesday

It is being reported that Chris Christie “will announce on Tuesday he is running for president, according to a source familiar with his plans.”  This would be the same day he would sign a budget that gets balanced by ignoring real liabilities.

So how do you think he will do?

Does this mean on Wed. Kim will be the Acting Governor. The legislature needs laws to govern higher office campaigning while NJ Governor.

God help NJ’s Taxpayers if Gov. Christie resigns and leaves NJ’s future to the self-interested, contribution-soliciting, vote-selling, taxpayer-betraying Democratic (in-the-Union’s-pocket) Legislature.

we do need him here to protect and stand up for the middle class. 20 years we had the govt steamroll over us, at least he’s the only governor that did something positive for us, an easy case to make. For those who need to see this, ask yourselves these 3 questions: Who was a better governor for us? (although maybe not by much but still its a boolean answer)

          1) Christie or Corzine
          2) christie or mcgreevey
          3) Christie or Whitman
          bonus question:
          4) Christie or florio

and this can include leading up to the governorship and the years after the governorship. If you diverge, then the secondary question is why you chose that answer?

          slam dunk

    John,
Your thoughts on if the Governor, running or not, can broker a P&B deal? It’s a long shot, (ok an impossibility) what about mediation?

Chris Christie is a delusional, self promoting egotistical joke. Why is he running for president? Because everything he does is for his own financial gain and that of his political associates. He wants the campaign money. He once said himself why not get everything I can?

Quoting ….. “Chris Christie is a delusional, self promoting egotistical joke.”

But by not HIDING from the huge (and rapidly GROWING) pension/benefit hole that he INHERITED, he is attempting to do for NJ’s TAXPAYERS what the 5 gutless Governors BEFORE him hid from ……….. fix the problem via the ONLY real solution …. the Pension Commission’s proposal to FREEZE these CLEARLY unaffordable DB pensions, and to materially reduce the “Platinum+” healthcare.
